FAQ

Why don’t I just create a QR code and point to my website?

You certainly could. However a website serves a more general purpose. We allow you to tailor the information & experience specifically to the context of where they are engaging. This provides them with more value since you can give them information that is related to what is going on right now, where they are.

What about an online form maker?

Totally could. However, they don’t offer the ability for complete branding, and are more difficult to use. And some are even really expensive.

Why can’t I create a bigger form to ask for more info?

The point is to get essential contact info so you can engage your potential customer more personally. More complex forms don’t equate to better data, and the bigger the form, the less likely someone is to fill it out accurately, or even at all.

Once they have provided their information out of genuine interest, you can engage them in a much more personal way, and begin building a relationship that will turn them into an actual customer.

Does this require an App?

No. Scanning of the Enteraqt Code can be done using any mobile phone's camera app, and the Experience Cards are viewed through a standard Browser.

How will I be charged?

You won't be charged until information is submitted by a potential customer. The first 100 contacts are billed upfront upon the first submission at $0.25 per contact. After those 100 have been submitted, you're billed in 100 contact bunches at $0.20 per contact.
